We are seeking a Software Marketing & Sales professional who is willing to work in a fast paced environment and who is eager to solve difficult challenges. The person will bring technical expertise, team oriented approach with proven ability and experience in software sales and marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Leading pre-sales and marketing initiatives for increasing the company's overall sales and revenue generation.
  • Professionally approaching and pitching the client for our software product - Ellume 360 and converting its sales.
  • Engaging closely with customers on technical requirements and responsible to provide necessary solutions.
  • Key account management of premium customers.
  • Meeting the prospective customers, effectively gathering & analysing requirements
  • Adopting a solution-selling approach by proactively providing clients solutions that are aligned with their demands.
  • Strategy formation and brainstorming with the leadership team w.e.t technology and new market trends & opportunities.
  • Market intelligence - keeping track of competitor strategies, analysing customer needs and fine-tuning current systems to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Representing the company and pitching the product by taking part in exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Robust digital and social media campaigning and advertising.
Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate but preferably Engineer in software domain. MBA will be an added advantage
  • Min 5+ years of experience in pre-sales of software products, experience in Solar industry will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should possess a strong business acumen
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (GSuite), Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Solutions Architect (Full Stack Developer) location: Borivali, Mumbai

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who will be working on a Full Stack Developer profile. Someone who is willing to work in a fast paced environment and who is eager to solve difficult challenges. The person is expected to have profound technical expertise and a problem solving approach.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • As a Solutions Architect he/ she should take full responsibility for both web application and backend development and its testing
  • Will be responsible for coding in Javascript (ECMAscript) using Vue and axios for building logic and integrating backend services respectively
  • Will be making UI as per guidelines using modern HTML/CSS frameworks for both Web and Mobile screens
  • Will be responsible for writing micro services using any of Node / Python / Go
  • Ability to deliver robust thoroughly tested code
  • Ability to write complex query and manage DB operations with MySQL and MongoDB
  • Good understanding on GCP products Cloud Run, Cloud Functions and Firestore
  • Will owe complete responsibility of testing and deploying web and backend modules on GCP
  • Have worked on linux
  • Working experience on Go will be added advantage
Qualifications:
  • Software Engineer / B.Sc IT/ M.Sc IT
  • Min 10-12 years of experience in a Full Stack Developer profile
  • Proficient in Java, Vue, Html, JSON / API (Restful Service)
  • Good communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads via retail sales techniques; engage, qualify and excite the customer
  • Maintain marketing collateral in displays
  • Complete accurate, timely and daily recap reports
  • Provide monthly regional summaries to upper management
  • Report weekly forecast numbers
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Collaborate in a positive way and communicate frequently with team members
  • Manage company’s Social Media, website, online store, blogs and other tools to generate leads
  • Perform consultations over the phone - address customer concerns and gain their commitment
  • Go on in-home sales appointments to close new sales and provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Reliable access to transportation, as needed, to travel to/from multiple retail locations
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual a plus
